Transformations are on the horizon at Alpine as we prepare to elevate the course with a carefully planned grassing strategy. Designed to enhance playability, aesthetics, and long-term sustainability, our new turf selections will provide superior conditions for years to come. 

A Seamless Approach to Greens & Surrounds

The greens will feature a combination of Bluegrass seed and existing green plugs for a seamless transition. Surrounding areas - tees, greens, bunkers and ponds- will be sodded with Bluegrass, ensuring a lush, uniform surface. 

Fairways & Rough: Built for Performance

Tees, fairways, and out-of-play areas will be seeded with Bluegrass, providing a durable, high-performance playing surface. To add contrast and texture, steep mounds and waste areas will be seeded with Fescue, creating a classic, natural look.
